Junior Program Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 ยท Effective 2026-08-27

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to every participant under 18 years of age in a Nedy Tennis or partner facility junior class, clinic, camp, drill session or team program. They must be accepted by the participant's parent or legal guardian.

2. Guardian responsibility

By accepting, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participant and that you have the legal authority to enrol them and to make medical decisions on their behalf.

3. Assumption of risk

Tennis involves running, rapid changes of direction, contact with balls and racket equipment, and outdoor conditions including heat and sun. Injuries can occur. You acknowledge these risks and accept them on behalf of the participant.

4. Health disclosure

You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, physical limitations and medications the participant carries to sessions. If nothing applies, enter "None". You agree to update this information if it changes during the consent period.

5. Supervision and drop-off

Coaches supervise participants during scheduled session times only. Guardians are responsible for the participant before and after the session, including timely drop-off and pick-up. A participant who is not collected within 15 minutes of the session end will be supervised at the facility's discretion and the guardian will be contacted.

6. Behaviour

Participants are expected to follow coach instructions, respect other players and facility equipment, and refrain from bullying or unsafe play. Nedy Tennis may remove a participant from a program for repeated unsafe or disruptive behaviour, without refund for remaining sessions.

7. Equipment

Participants should bring a suitable racket, court shoes, water and sun protection. Nedy Tennis is not responsible for personal equipment that is lost, damaged or stolen at a facility.

8. Weather and cancellation

Sessions may be cancelled or moved for weather, court conditions or coach unavailability. Where a session cannot be run, you will be offered a make-up session or a credit.

9. Attendance and refunds

Missed sessions are not automatically refundable. Cancellation windows are shown at the time of enrolment.

10. Emergency medical treatment

Emergency medical authorization is collected as a separate, explicit consent. Without it, staff can only call emergency services and contact you.

11. Photography and media

Your photo and media release choice is recorded separately and honoured across the app and our marketing. You may change it at any time in Legal & Agreements.

12. Consent period and renewal

This consent is valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance. You will be reminded 30 days before it expires. Once expired, new enrolments are blocked for the participant until you complete the junior registration steps again. Sessions already enrolled continue.

13. Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent at any time from Legal & Agreements. Withdrawal stops new enrolments and removes the participant from public image surfaces immediately.

14. Data

Participant information is handled per our Privacy Policy and shared only with the coaches and facility staff running the participant's sessions.

15. Acknowledgement

By accepting these terms you confirm you have read them in full and agree to them on behalf of the participant.
