1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, date of birth, city and playing preferences.
• Activity — lessons, classes, matches, stringing orders, marketplace purchases and support requests.
• Uploads — swing videos, photos and documents you submit.
• Consent records — the exact document version you accepted, the timestamp, your IP address and your device's user agent. We keep these as proof of consent.
• Location — approximate location, only when you use court and club discovery and only with your permission.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, deliver coaching, stringing and marketplace services, process payments, provide support, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Children's information

We collect information about participants under 18 only through a parent or legal guardian, and only what is needed to run junior programs safely: participant details, emergency contact, medical information and the guardian's consent choices. A guardian may review, update or withdraw this at any time from Legal & Agreements.

4. Photos and video of minors

Every junior participant carries an explicit photo and media release choice made by their guardian. Where a guardian has not granted public permission, the participant is not shown on public surfaces such as the community feed, marketing pages or facility storefronts.

5. Sharing

We share information only with the coaches, facilities and partner shops needed to fulfil your bookings and orders, with payment and shipping providers, and where the law requires it. Partner shops receive stringing specifications and never your customers' personal details.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is open. Consent records are retained after account deletion in anonymized form, because they are our proof that consent was given.

7. Your choices

You can access and correct your information in your profile, withdraw junior consent, and request account deletion. Contact ops@gonedy.biz for any privacy request.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your password.

9. Changes

We may publish new versions of this policy. Material changes require your acceptance before you continue using the app.
