Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Nedy Tennis account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who may hold an account

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. A parent or legal guardian must create and hold the account for any participant under 18 and complete junior registration on the participant's behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Services

Nedy Tennis provides coaching and video review, court and club discovery, player matching, racket stringing fulfillment, a marketplace, and membership benefits. Features available to you depend on your membership tier and your role in the app.

5. Bookings, payments and cancellations

Lesson, class and stringing prices are shown before you pay. Cancellation windows are set by the coach or facility and are displayed at booking. Refunds follow the policy shown at the time of purchase.

6. Stringing services

Rackets submitted for stringing are handled with care, but tennis frames and grommets can fail under tension. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, worn grommets, or frames outside their safe tension range.

7. Conduct

Do not harass other players, misrepresent your identity or rating, or post unlawful, abusive or infringing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Nedy Tennis a licence to display it inside the app for the purpose of operating the service.

9. Limitation of liability

Tennis is a physical activity carrying risk of injury. You participate at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nedy Tennis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may publish a new version of these terms. If a version materially changes your rights, you will be asked to accept it before continuing to use the app.
